Common Fixes

• Refresh the ChatGPT page after installing or updating the extension.
• Open a supported ChatGPT conversation at chatgpt.com or chat.openai.com.
• If image export fails, scroll until the images are visible and try again.
• If selective save looks outdated, click Refresh in the GPT2PDF panel.

What To Include In A Report

• GPT2PDF version number.
• Chrome version and operating system.
• Export format used: PDF, HTML, Markdown, or JSON.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• Whether the conversation included images, generated images, code blocks, or selected messages.

GPT2PDF is designed for local exports and does not upload your conversation content to a GPT2PDF server. Read the full privacy policy.
